Parish Representative
Each member parish of the association assigns an individual as their parish's representative. Parish Representative Meetings of the Association are usually held two times per year and rotate locations among member parishes.
General Club Representative
Once a year, a General Club Representative meeting is held where 5-6 members of each member parish attend for networking and for updates of the Association. This meeting also rotates among the member parishes. This is a great way for the "doers" of each club to share ideas and best practices. Additionally, the host parish of this event usually puts together a delicious menu to make sure the committee is well fed!
Event Committee:
The association can sponsor joint events among member parishes, such as a night at City Park or a golf tournament where the net proceeds benefit each of the participating member parishes and the association. Additionally, the association plans to have an event for the sole benefit of the association to offset operating costs. Any remaining proceeds, after expenses, generated by the association, on an annual basis, will be donated to Catholic Charities of New Orleans, and/or a charitable organizations selected by the Archbishop of New Orleans.
Service Committee:
At the direction of the Archbishop, the Association provides resources and man-power for services needed around our community. These services are selected by the Archbishop on an annual basis.
